I have a special request from you my lovely readers.
If you haven't already Pretty PLEASE "LIKE" me on Facebook! -------------------->
The button is to your right on the top.
I recently started a new fan page for Pocket Full of Pink and well to be honest, I want more. I am not satisfied with 66 likes. Will ya humor me and click on that "like" button? It will make my flippin' day! Thank you:)
Now, onto a cute, and easy Valentine Craft!
This was so EASY my friends. The longest part was gluing on the bazillion buttons!
Supplies you will need:
- blank canvas (mine was an 8 x 8)
-{1} 12 x 12 piece of Scrapbook paper
-Mod Podge
-Some kind of hard flat tool to get the air bubbles out of the paper (I use my Pampered Chef scraper}
-vinyl {or you could cut out letters using a stencil}
-Cricut or Sillouette
-Buttons
Directions:
1.) First I brushed Mod Podge over the back side of the scrapbook paper.
2.) While it was drying, I used my scraper to smooth out the paper and get the air bubbles out. Note: From my tutorial pictures it looks like the air bubbles are still there, but I swear on a stack of brownies that EVERY air bubble came out! Don't ask me how, they just did!
3 and 4.) I added the vinyl lettering after the Mod Podge was completely dry. I had some leftover vinyl from last year that I didn't use.
Lastly, I added all those pretty buttons! Yes, it took a while, but I think it looks pretty darn good:)
See....No air bubbles. It was the weirdest thing. They just disappeared!
Be sure and stop by tomorrow for the Friday Frolic top 5 viewed links from last weeks party!
