Hello friends! Can you believe it's already August 21st? This summer is just flying by for us. My kids start school a few days after Labor Day and I am taking the Fall term off, Yay!!
Remember a while back I told you I was going to Hawaii with the Hubs this Fall? Well, it is actually going to happen folks! It's kindof a miracle because my husband is SUPER busy and only has 2 weeks vacation:( We should be going in October!! I can't wait!!
Well, right now guess where I am? I am on the Oregon Coast! I took 2 of my kids and we are staying in a cute little hotel right on the beach. My parents are here with us too and tonight my oldest daughter (the one leaving for college in 2 weeks (insert tears) and my husband will join us. Partay!
It is so beautiful here! I can't believe the luck we have had with the gorgeous weather!

We got up early this morning to find some tide pools. We found some awesome creatures like this little guy:
I call him my cute little Starfish (original, huh?)
Here are my favorite people in the world. My parents. I sure love these two. They have been married almost 60 years! AMAZING:)

Looks like a fun little vacation; great pics! Congrats to your mom and dad for being together that long :o) Hawaii is going to be awesome! That is so exciting! The hubby and I still haven't been but it's on our list of places we'd like to travel to. Can't wait to hear how it was!
