{Love} and {Luck} Reversable Block

Sorry no post yesterday- I had a Chemistry Mid-term!  A little stressful:)

Today I am excited to show you what I worked on this weekend!  I love a holiday craft that is good for more than one holiday.  Then I don't have to store twice the amount of stuff. All of my storage space is pretty much taken up (with crafts of course!).

This weekend I finished this cool Wood craft a that I purchased from Thoughts in Vinyl.  I love this company and have purchased several kits from them.  The prices is very reasonable and they are SO stinkin' cute!

Here's a front and back shot.

Cute, right?  I used Basic Grey paper and Doodlebug paper.  I love how they each coordinate!

I just painted the large piece of wood white, then adhered the paper with Mod Podge on the large and small pieces of wood.

You have to let that dry for about 1 hour.  I sanded all the edges to get the distressed look and also to get any extra paper that was hanging off the edges.

Then I applied the vinyl to the small piece, glued the small wood to the larger one, and DONE!

Thoughts in Vinyl is having a 10% off sale through tonight!  Hurry and go check out all the kits.  I know you will Love it!!

I have a few more Valentine Crafts to share, then I am on to Spring!  I can't wait:)

Stop by tomorrow for the top 5 links from Friday Frolic!!
